1. Delivery
Take advantage of our Repour BtoB online shop and benefit from delivery directly to your winery, restaurant, hotel, wine bar or at any place you like to enjoy Repour.
In our BtoB online shop, we deliver to all EU countries and the List of rates per country and volume (Kg) you can find hereunder:
When ordering in this online shop, it is important that you provide a delivery address and a billing address that matches one of the countries listed above. The delivery address and billing address always need to be from the same country. We do not yet offer the Click & Collect service.
2. Delivery time
You will usually receive your order within the following delivery times after receipt of the full payment on ours bank account in between 5-8 working days.
Exceptions are islands and NON-EU countries. Delivery to customers from those areas can be longer, depends on the courier capacity.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive by an sms or e-mail the shipment tracking number and you will be able to track your order via our couriers tracking systems.
3. Shipping partner
Your orders will be shipped via DPD or GLS. Please note: we do not yet offer a Click & Collect service.
4. Would you like to return items from your order?
To do so, please fill our Complaint form and Form for Unilateral Contract Termination and follow up the procedure described in our Terms & Conditions. Please keep the receipt of postage until you have received an email confirming receipt of your returned items.
5. Period of Retaining Personal Data
Winesaver Ltd. stores collected personal data until withdrawal of consent for data storage by the user. Data collected for processing based on legal grounds are retained according to time limitations specified by relevant laws (such as the Accounting Act and others).
Users can withdraw their consent for further data collection, processing, and usage at any time. They can also request the withdrawal of data storage by sending a written request to the business address: if available, or via email to repour@winesaver.hr.

7. Information by email
Please note the following security advice:
We will never contact you (by phone or email) to ask you to reveal personal information and never without stating the order number, except in the case of possible queries regarding current online orders.
If you receive an email from us but you have doubts about the authenticity, please contact our Customer Service team. We are happy to verify the email you received.

Short overview of the most important emails sent during the order process:
Confirmation of receipt of order
Immediately after your purchase, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order. A purchase contract is only entered into when the ordered goods are dispatched which will also be confirmed by email.
Dispatch confirmation
Once your parcel has been transferred to courier, you will receive another email or sms message.
Confirmation of your returns
Once your returns have been processed by our logistics center, you will receive a confirmation email.
Successfully registration as BtoB customer at www.winesaver.eu
Once you successfully register in your new BtoB www.winesaver.eu account, the short email will be sent to you as notice that you can start to use it.
Referral
If you refer somebody, we will send you an email with the referral discount information, so as to the company that you referred us.
8. Invoice via mail (after shipment)
As option, we could send you invoice and dispatch note via email as PDF file, but generally invoice and the dispatch note will be enclosed to the shipment in hard copy.
