3. Scope of Application
This policy pertains to individuals and legal entities whose personal data is collected by Winesaver Ltd. on any legal basis.

HOPE CLIP collects the necessary data for processing online card payments when purchasing on the www.winesaver.eu webshop using the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete data about your payment card. Additionally, even CorvusPay system employees cannot access the data. An isolated core autonomously transmits and manages sensitive data, keeping them completely secure.
Winesaver Ltd. commits to protecting customer personal data by collecting only necessary basic information required to fulfill our obligations. We inform customers about the way collected data is used and regularly provide customers with the choice to control the use of their data, including the option to remove their name from marketing campaign lists. All customer data is strictly protected and accessible only to employees who need the information for their tasks. All Winesaver Ltd. employees are responsible for respecting privacy protection principles.
4. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the highest standards of the European Union and the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
5. Period of Retaining Personal Data
Winesaver Ltd. stores collected personal data until withdrawal of consent for data storage by the user. Data collected for processing based on legal grounds are retained according to time limitations specified by relevant laws (such as the Accounting Act and others).
Users can withdraw their consent for further data collection, processing, and usage at any time. They can also request the withdrawal of data storage by sending a written request to the business address: if available, or via email to repour@winesaver.hr.
