1. Introduction
This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions of the warranty provided by Winesaver L.t.d. and www.winesaver.eu (“Winesaver Ltd.”, “we,” “us,” “our”) for products purchased through our online web shop, in accordance with the European Union (EU) legislative requirements. This policy is designed to ensure that you, the customer, understand your rights and obligations regarding product warranties.
2. Warranty Coverage
We offer a warranty on products sold through our web shop in compliance with the EU legislative framework. The duration and coverage of the warranty is 2 years from the date that product(s) was (were) delivered to customer’s assigned address.
3. Warranty Rights
As a customer purchasing products through our web shop, you are entitled to the following rights under the EU legislative framework:
- Legal Warranty (Statutory Warranty): According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, all products sold by us must be free from defects, comply with the contract, and be fit for the intended purpose. As it has been said, you have the right to a legal warranty of two years from the date of delivery. During this period, if a product is found to be defective or not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, subject to applicable conditions.
- Commercial Warranty: In addition to the legal warranty, we have no any commercial warranty offered by the manufacturer or us beside Legal Warranty, defined by the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

- Contact Winesaver Ltd. Customer Support: If you believe that your product is defective or not in conformity with the contract, please contact our Customer Support within the warranty period. Provide relevant details about the issue, including order number, product description, and a description of the defect.
- Assessment: Our team, together with the producer, will review the details of your claim and may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the issue.
- Resolution: Depending on the assessment, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate action.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal usage according to the user manual and istructions and tear of the product(s)
- Damage resulting from improper use, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Damage caused by external factors such as natural disasters, high daytime temperatures and fire, or water
- Consumables and expendable parts
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers or labels
6. Your Responsibilities
To maintain your warranty rights, you are responsible for:
- Properly using and maintaining the product according to the provided instructions
- Retaining your proof of purchase (order confirmation, original invoice and original shipping document)
- Promptly reporting defects or non-conformities to us within the warranty period
